Four Steps to Leadership

The academic courses are the centerpiece of the ESSEC & MANNHEIM Executive MBA. The curriculum is designed to provide theoretical knowledge in each business discipline at the highest international standard. Our faculty members are leaders in research in their respective fields, with a strong focus on business practices.

Starting with the fundamentals of management and moving to managing areas, the first two fields provide in-depth analysis of the internal functions and mechanisms of a global company.

The next field deals with the way companies interact in a rapidly changing international environment. In the fourth field all the analytical elements are linked together, building on knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills to implement necessary change within a firm.
