Multi-Competence Teams

Differing Talents, Shared Success

Bringing together individuals of diverse cultures, educational backgrounds, domains of expertise, corporate functions and schools of thought is the idea behind the Multi-Competence Teams (MCT) approach. The fundamental principle behind MCTs is to highlight the essential role of team-work in solving problems and achieving aims in corporate organizations.

Two elements characterize the multi-competence teams: each MCT team is put together in such a way that it is heterogeneous, and each team works together for the duration of the program. This gives each participant the opportunity to be confronted constantly with new and unexpected reactions, ideas and realities.

Teams are closely monitored and advised by professors and professional coaches to make the most out of this unique experience, helping participants to enhance their managerial and leadership skills.
