Designed to promote innovation, the Entrepreneurial Project (EP) is a central element of the ESSEC & MANNHEIM Executive MBA program. The scope and content of the project is determined by participants and possibly their companies.
You will be challenged to transform ideas into concrete achievements and to apply the cross-disciplinary knowledge you have acquired throughout the course of the program to a real life case.
By immersing yourself into a business venture that is unlike anything else you would have already experience in your career, the Entrepreneurial Project tests your strength in adapting to an unfamiliar environment and helps you to fully explore the breadth and depth of your abilities, functional and social.

Our faculty, managers and alumni provide advice and guidelines for the projects, while participants develop their ideas and define the skills needed for the project. In the end the teams present their project before a jury that consists of academics as well as top managers, among them also program alumni.
