To maximize the learning experience, participants are assigned to heterogeneous teams at the beginning of their MBA experience. The Multi-Competence Teams (MCT) bring together individuals of diverse cultures, educational backgrounds, domains of expertise, corporate functions and schools of thought.
As the underlying educational concept hinges on two basic tenets, diversity and continuity, the teams stay together for the duration of the program. They are closely monitored and advised by professors and professional coaches to help participants make the most of the experience and to enhance their managerial and leadership skills.
